I placed my order over a month ago and still have not received my package. The tracking label shows that it has never been sent! Very disappointed and looking to obtain a refund.

I have been trying to connect with someone at Tappy for technical support for 6 weeks and cannot get a response. I've sent emails and tried the live chat. I am unable to register the card and cannot get support to resolve the issue. It is quite frustrating.

Title says it all paid for a card never got it. Reported to my bank got a full refund. Terrible customer service email I was given bounces back with an error for the order confirmation

I purchased the card last July 12 and yet I haven't received the card. I can't understand many reasons, but in the end it's a card.
